Dear Fellow Holistic Health Seekers,

I am personally inviting you to join me at the Take Back Your Health Conference, Saturday Oct 22 & 23rd at The Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington VA.

Our local Reston resident Robin Shirley, CHHC Founder of Health Restoration Resources, LLC a Certified Holistic Health Coach is hosting this conference. She created this event out of her sincere desire to help others to over come chronic illness, relieve digestive issues and achieve radiant health by exploring top foods and cooking techniques for complete freedom from disease.

Robin's formal traning was at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she is a Certified Health Coach and member of the American Board of Drugless Practitioners. Robin grew up with Systemic Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and Chronic Lyme. She has spent close to 10 years on her own studying and experimenting with nutrition, herbs, movement and various alternative therapies.
